Clinton to Reverse U.S. Pakistan Policy?
The PJC applauds Senator Clinton for pledging to reverse the disastrous course of America’s policy towards Pakistan. However, we note with dismay that Senator Clinton failed to specify her commitment to judicial independence, a critical ingredient of any democracy necessary to safeguard rights & liberties and check otherwise unrestrained executive power.
